Safety Alerts & Recalls

What does this mean?

iGuard is currently monitoring safety alerts for hydrocortisone. If you are using hydrocortisone acetate in the form of Hemorrhoidal HC 25 mg Suppositories, look at your container to see if it was made by Vintage Pharmaceuticals. If your Hemorrhoidal HC 25 mg Suppositories are made by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and have a "lot" number printed on it that matches the lot numbers L038A07A and L038A07B listed in the recall, you should return it to your pharmacy to examine and possibly exchange. If you are not sure who has made your Hemorrhoidal HC 25 mg Suppositories, or cannot find a "lot" number, please take your container to your pharmacist for them to check as soon as possible.
