What does this mean?

This recall for Endocet (oxycodone and acetaminophen) tablets,10 mg/650 mg from Endo Pharmaceuticals was issued at a warehouse and pharmacy level only. The FDA and the manufacturer have determined that any recalled product that may have been dispensed to patients does not pose a significant health risk.

However, if you take Endocet tablets, 10 mg/650 mg and notice that your prescription has two different sized tablets or tablets that do not look like what your normally receive, please take your prescription bottle to your pharmacy to examine.

Endo Pharmaceuticals Recalls One Lot of Endocet Tablets, 10 mg/650 mg

Endo Pharmaceuticals has recalled a single lot of Endocet (oxycodone and acetaminophen) tablets, 10 mg/650 mg. Lot number 402794NV has been recalled because this lot may contain both Endocet 10mg/325mg and Endocet 10mg/650mg tablets.

Endocet contains the active ingredient Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and is commonly used in the treatment of pain. Oxycodone and Acetaminophen is also sold under other brand names such as Oxycet, Percocet, and Roxicet. This recall alert only applies to the single lot of Endocet (oxycodone and acetaminophen) tablets, 10 mg/650 mg. No other Oxycodone and Acetaminophen products were involved in this recall.
