Golden State Medical Supply Inc. Recalls Several Lots of Ropinirole 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg and 2 mg tablets
Golden State Medical Supply Inc. and Corepharma LLC have recalled several lots of Ropinirole 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, and 2 mg tablets. The following lot numbers have been recalled because samples from these lots did not pass the manufacturer's routine tests for impurities and by-products from chemical breakdown over time: Ropinirole 0.25mg Tablets: 102795A 103611A, 103611B, 103612A, 103612B, 104441A, 104876A, 105558A;
Ropinirole 0.5mg Tablets: 105202A; 105202B; 103537A, 103989B, 105027A, 105027B, 105559A, 105559B;
Ropinirole 1mg Tablets: 102961A, 102962A, 102962B, 103668B, 104442A, 104878A, 105514A;
Ropinirole 2mg Tablets: 103613A, 103613B, 103613C, 103613D, 104067A, 104067B, 104623A, 1055181
Ropinirole is used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease or restless leg syndrome. Ropinirole is also sold under the brand name Requip. No other lots, strengths, or brands of Ropinirole were involved in this recall.
