Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc Recalls Select Lots of Tetracycline Capsules 500 mg

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc has recalled select lots of Tetracycline Hydrochloride Capsules USP, 500 mg. Lot numbers 34002104A, 34002104C, and 4002105B have been recalled because capsules from these lots did not meet their particle specification: some particles were not the correct size and some lots contained foreign particles.

Tetracycline is used in the treatment of infection. Tetracycline is also sold under other brand names. No other lots, strengths, or brands of Tetracycline were involved in this recall.
